Asado Grill

ASADO 

asado is a traditional Argentine barbecue and one of the most iconic elements of Argentine culture.  Its not just a way of cooking-its a social event and a celebration of food, family and community, in our eyes its the perfect excuse to put this show stopper as your centre piece of your celebration!

Main Options

  • Butterflied Lamb legs marinated in garlic and rosemary oil for 24 hours then cooked over the asado flame
  • Herefordshire Tomahawks marinated in herby garlic butter then grilled over the flame
  • Bife de Chorizo (sirloin steak) thick cut juicy sirloins, grilled with a touch of salt
  • Costillas de res -Marinated Beef ribs slowly cooked over the open flame juicy and smoky flavour
  • pollo al asador-Spatchcocked chicken marinated in garlic, herb, lemon roasted golden over the flame
  • Butterflied legs of wild venison marinated in Chimichurri oil served pink
  • Roasted loin of Gloucestershire pork crackled to perfection over the Herefordshire wood
  • Whole Herefordshire lamb (larger parties)
  • Whole Local wild venison (larger parties)

Staffing, Crockery, Cutlery
and Equipment Hire

Staffing will depend on guest numbers and will be charged accordingly at their hourly rate.

The hire of any crockery, cutlery or equipment will be charged at a separate cost to the menu quote.
